Patrick Taylor offers free returns for full price domestic orders within the U.S.
Patrick Taylor must be notified of all returns in advance. A return authorisation form will be emailed to you and must be included with your return.
Please email us at info@patricktaylorldn.com if you would like to return an item so that we can provide you with a return authorisation form and free return shipping label.
Return Policy
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order shipment.
Returns must shipped within 5 days of when the return or exchange is approved.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
We do not accept return for any non-fault items that have been work and tags removed.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on purchases shipped to you.
Patrick Taylor will pay for return shipping on full-price orders only if the provided prepaid return shipping label is used.
Final Sale items may not be returned.
All Archive Sale items are considered Final Sale.
As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your package goes missing in the mail, you'll have proof you've sent it.
International Returns
Patrick Taylor is happy to accept returns on international orders that are initiated within 14 days from original date shipped.
We are unable to provide return labels for international shipments. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact info@patricktaylorldn.com before sending any returns.
A tracking number must be provided on all return shipments within 5 days of the approval of the return or exchange.
Refunds And Processing Time
Any refund will automatically be issues to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes up to 30 days from the time your return is delivered to our address. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Patrick Taylor, LLC. If we have sent you a prepaid return label, and you have not sent back your purchase, the prepaid label will be voided after 5 days and you will then be responsible for any fees associated with sending back the return. Returns will not be accepted if shipped after 30 days from the day the order was originally shipped.
