Shipping policy
All orders placed are processed in New York City, NY.
Shipments are all processed within 5 business days.
Orders are shipping Monday-Friday, starting 9th February 2026.
All orders must be shipped to a physical address. We cannot deliver orders to a P.O. Box.
Shipment timelines depend on delivery location and vary by country.
A tracking number will be provided to the email used at checkout once a shipment has been created.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
- Patrick Taylor offers complimentary ground shipping for all full-priced order over $500.
- Sale orders are subject to flat rate shipping fees.
- Additional premium shipping services are available at an additional fee based upon destination shipping address.
- Patrick Taylor is not responsible for any carrier delayed and will not provide refund or reimbursement if a carrier does not meet the expected delivery timeline.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Patrick Taylor offers complimentary ground shipping for International Orders over $1500
- All other international orders are shipped at cost, based on courier shipping rates.
- The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs fees incurred through shipment to addresses outside the USA.
